In charge of building an ad monetisation SDK from ground up which optimizes ad delivery and increases ad revenue. Solo developer with hands on integration support and ad optimisations. Acquired a deep understanding of the Android Framework, lifecycle to build and support multiple brands and a variety of configurations.. Hands on and collaborative data analysis to confirm hypotheses to optimize ad configuration. Introduced TDD based development in the team. Built an online version of Pictionary using websocket connections. Used MVVM architecture ,Koin,Retrofit and Websockets. Hands-on experience in GoLang to build the game engine of Pictionary app. Conducted interviews to hire new team members and interns. Also responsible for mentoring juniors. Worked closely with the HR team to filter candidate profiles faster without losing development time.
